Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across various departments (Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineer) to understand their data needs and translate them into a clear and concise analysis plan.
- Using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools to extract, clean, transform, and visualize data and develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure the smooth flow of data for analysis.
- Participate as a contributing member in the entire product development process and marketing campaign lifecycle, from identifying problems/opportunities to brainstorming solutions, implementing strategies, and reporting outcomes.
- Collaborates to create compelling reports (e.g., dashboards, analysis) that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provides education and support to end-users to ensure they understand how to use BI’s dashboards and properly interpret the BI’s reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or data-oriented field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in data manipulation and automation tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, MixPanel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to Vieclam24h is a plus.
