Marketing Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Do market research to understand market situation, competitors and user insights to develop B2C & B2B annual marketing communication strategy.
  • In charge of B2C and B2B marketing communication plans and implementation:

B2C:

Planning and oversee the implementation of all marketing communication plans aligned with business goals and marketing goals, across all channels: social (facebook, tiktok, linkedin..), email, event (online and offline), blog…to win user’s Top of Mind.

B2B:

    • Planning and oversee the implementation of all marketing communication plans to to win customer’s Top of Mind across channels: PR, Email, Linkedin, Facebook..
    • Planning and oversee the implementation of all marketing activities which support Sales: Sales materials, PR, and other activities aligned between Marketing department and Sales department (livestream, University partnership, Sales kits..)
  • Crisis management.
  • Lead team with 6 members to deliver well the targets

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree in marketing, advertising or communication, PR.
  • At least 5 years of direct work experience in a marketing communication & PR
  • Excellent strategic planning & writting
  • Excellent creativity capacity.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in online marketing techniques, and solutions in marketing communication.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation
  • Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements preferred.
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that effectively enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, attract new customers, and foster long-term brand loyalty.

This role involves crafting compelling messaging, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, and leveraging various marketing techniques—including digital marketing, public relations, content creation, and event management—to strengthen the company’s market presence and drive sustainable business growth.
