Digital Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage performance marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization for our marketplace platform.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (search, social, display, etc.) to drive growth and engagement.
  • Analyze and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure efficient spending, optimized user acquisition, and increased customer lifetime value.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, improve conversion rates, and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, tech, content, design) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and product development.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques to improve user engagement and retention rates.
  • Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for further campaign improvement and audience targeting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to implement innovative marketing tactics and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition and retention, particularly in the marketplace or job site environments.
  • Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including search, social, and display ads.
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization strategies, customer funnels, and user journey mapping.
  • Experience working with various analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to track and improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI and reducing CPA.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience in A/B testing and iterative campaign improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
