AI Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Data Science Department: Oversee a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts, ensuring effective execution of projects and initiatives.
- Develop Data Science and AI Strategies: Design strategies for leveraging big data, language models, and AI to solve business problems
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate data-driven solutions into scalable products.
- Big Data Focus: Architect and implement solutions that process and analyze massive datasets in high-throughput environments to support critical business decisions.
- Drive Product Management: Align AI solutions with business goals, ensuring the development and delivery of data-driven products that meet market demands.
- Mentor and Develop the Team: Provide guidance to the data science and engineering teams, fostering innovation and skill development.
- Ensure Scalability and Efficiency: Manage the technical architecture of AI and big data systems to handle large volumes of data and high-frequency processing, ensuring reliability and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), deploying large-scale machine learning models in production.
- Expertise in AI and NLP: Solid experience with language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and natural language processing techniques.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing technical teams, including data scientists and engineers.
- Product Management Skills: Strong background in product development, aligning technical solutions with business needs and customer demands.
- Experience in IT and Engineering: Understanding of cloud platforms, data infrastructure, and software engineering best practices.
