Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across various departments (Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineer) to understand their data needs and translate them into a clear and concise analysis plan.
- Own data and data quality, raise the bar in data reliability. Using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools to extract, clean, transform, and visualize data and develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure the smooth flow of data for analysis. Make sure adding new data is easy for other teams.
- Lead and drive data usage adoption in the entire product development process and marketing campaign lifecycle, from identifying problems/opportunities to brainstorming solutions, implementing strategies, and reporting outcomes.
- Create compelling reports (e.g., dashboards, analysis) that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactively educate and support end-users to ensure they understand data, metrics and reports. Maintain a clear data schema and data vocabulary. Make sure data, metrics and reports are easily accessible and reliable.
- Optimize your own work through automation. Make sure you don’t do repetitive things and always strive to add extra value.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business and product; lead, drive and own data usage to grow business and product.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in data manipulation and automation tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, MixPanel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to Vieclam24h is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or data-oriented field.
