B2B Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze market data to understand business customer trends and needs.
  • Research competitors to identify their strengths and weaknesses, thereby developing effective
    competitive strategies.
  • Plan in detail for each event throughout the year, including major events and seasonal events.
    Clearly define the goals of each campaign and the accompanying budget.
  • Organize and participate in events and conferences (Unitour, HR Event, etc.) to promote the
    company’s image.
  • Build relationships with partners and potential customers at these events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers through direct and
    indirect marketing activities.
  • Use analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Create reports and make improvement suggestions based on analytical results.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional knowledge: Extensive understanding of B2B Marketing, including email channels, content, SEO, and content.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey messages clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data to make decisions based on specific information.
  • Organizational skills: Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing. Knowledge of the seasonal characteristics of each industry is an advantage.
